I went on a Saturday morning as finally had some time to get an oil change and replace my windshield wipers. Both Adrien J and Alexander S went above and beyond to quickly service my vehicle, top off all my fluids, change my wipers, and even take off the old front licence plate from when I had the car in another State as the screws were so stripped and rusty. I was out in 20 minutes. Price was good too as they had a coupon for me to use. Thank you so much Jiffy Lube of Hallandale for your great customer service.

We wanted to take the time out of our day to share the experience that we had at this Jiffy Lube. I realized that so many stop to share a poor experience; however, when service that tends to fall above and beyond, where lies the same urgency? The entire crew treated us as if we were at a five star restaurant; but for an oil change. From the Store Supervisor, Marvin, to the Cashier, Lawrence (Larry) & down to the lower bay: Phillippe, back to the upper bay: Alexander.. This oil change made us decide today, to start taking a moment out of each and every day, that we find ourselves blessed with exemplary customer service. I don’t want to spoil a remarkable experience for anyone reading this, so, please learn and share from your own pleasant experience. Thank you, again, to the entire staff, for setting the bar high.

Very bad experience. I clearly told the staff that my BMW already had a full flush service done at an official dealership, but they insisted it was “just an oil change” and sold me the same service again. The next morning I checked my car and found the coolant reservoir empty, and BMW showed a warning that there was no coolant. This is very concerning. After visiting this location, my Carfax report suddenly showed incorrect mileage (+100,000 miles) and false service records. When I asked about it, they told me it was “not a big deal” and that they would fix it “next time.” Because of this mistake, my car value dropped by about $8,000 when I tried to trade it in. This is unacceptable. Be very careful and double-check everything if you go here. UPDATE: I have provided all supporting evidence to this location, including: - My official receipt - Carfax report showing incorrect mileage (+100,000 miles) - Video showing the coolant reservoir was left empty the next day after service All evidence clearly confirms the service was performed at this location and the issues originated there. Despite this, they initially claimed they could not find my record. I will update this review

Terrible experience at Jiffy Lube #634 located at 735 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL. I brought my own motor oil and my own original AC Delco Ultraguard OEM oil filter, a high performance factory part, for my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. From the beginning, I clearly stated that they were to use my oil and my filter. After the service was completed, I specifically asked if they had installed my filter and I was told yes. I trusted their word. Later, I checked and discovered they had not installed my filter. Instead, they put a generic white filter on my vehicle. I returned to the location with photo evidence and found my original black AC Delco filter sitting inside their office, unused. In the photos I am uploading, the white filter is the generic one they installed and the black filter is mine, the original AC Delco filter I provided and that they were supposed to install. The most serious issue is not just the mistake, it is that they told me it had been replaced when it had not. That is misleading and dishonest. When I confronted them, the attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. They did not correct the issue. They did not install my filter. They simply handed my
